e-Advantage Solutions’ objective is to provide smaller companies with the simplest, easiest tools to help run their businesses cost-effectively.

Our solution is the eLink Advantage business management suite, created using our business experience and knowledge especially for smaller companies. 

Our use of the Application Systems Provider (ASP) model enables us to deploy ‘enterprise’ quality software to the smaller company market, and by personalising it we are able to match client's needs precisely and cost-effectively.

We’re looking for people who want to help smaller companies get better at what they do. We know that these people will all have differing skills, knowledge and experience and we will 'fill in the gaps' so that they can achieve their full potential.

The job involves talking to business men and women and discussing their core constraints, needs, and objectives in order to work out how we can make it easier for them, whether it be:

- simplifying the business process;

- developing better management controls so that they can delegate more, thus enhancing their exit route strategy or growing the business more;

- proactively enabling business growth by improving the scalability of their business;

- improving office productivity; or

- enhancing customer relationships. 

The rewards are the knowledge that you really are helping them achieve their objectives, plus initial and on-going personal financial rewards commensurate with the quality and extent of support we are providing.

We provide an ASP business management suite which means that after the initial setting-up and tailoring of the system to their precise needs, there is an on-going service provision for which there is also a monthly charge. As the key consultant for that client you share in these on-going fees. 

We expect the rewards to be over £20,000 pa and continuing at a better rate as you build-up your on-going income.

They will have some knowledge of using a computer and be able to use MS Word and MS Outlook .

- IT / telephone / photocopier salesmen

We are anticipating the people chosen will each bring differing qualities to the team. It would be helpful if you are a car owner/ driver with clean licence and have knowledge of how businesses work.

The person(s) will report(s) to the
Sales and Marketing Manager and be responsible for:

• Following-up leads and attending meetings organised by e-Advantage Solutions Ltd • Attending networking meetings • Attending corporate monthly meetings • Finding and meeting possible clients

• Finding out the prospect’s needs, using the Terms of Business process, and for preparing the needs report • Establishing their budget availability • Creating a Cost Benefit Analysis • Working out their revised Business Process and for obtaining a quote from our Technical team for any work required • Presenting the TeamLink Advantage system and demonstrating how it will fit their specific needs, and deliver the benefits they want to achieve • Preparing and delivering our Proposal • Negotiating the contract and closing the sale, getting the contract signed and accepting the deposit payment • Banking the deposit cheque for the company

• Liaising with the technical team for development of specific requirements • Liaising with the support team for training and implementation • As on-going account manager, for ensuring the planned implementation is achieved and for holding four-monthly User Satisfaction Reviews with each of their clients • Building up your own reference clients • Using our e-Advantage Solutions Ltd business system for their business 

Our relationship with you

1. Each person operates through their own limited company, trading as “e-Advantage ……” (We assist as necessary).

2. Each person does their own accounts through their own accountant and are responsible for the Income Tax due there on and on VAT when it becomes necessary. (We will assist you.)

3. Fees on contracts negotiated on behalf of e-Advantage Solutions Ltd are paid within seven days, after receipt of cleared funds by e-Advantage Solutions Ltd, upon submission by email of an invoice addressed to e-Advantage Solutions Ltd.

4. Each person is responsible for providing their own PC (P4. 512MB, with network/ RJ45 card,) with Windows 2003, MS Office 2003 (Outlook, Word & Excel), colour printer, USB handset, plus Broadband connection at their home/office. There are ways we can help you, just ask.

5. Each person is responsible for establishing their own presentation facilities though most presentations are held at the prospect’s own offices or wherever there is a convenient private meeting place with a broadband connection.
