Managing your Documents

This button gives you immediate access to any type of document (regardless of their original applications) and allows it to be shared amongst authorised colleagues. You optimize the time spent searching for documents, thanks to multiple selection criteria, user, name, date, references or key words in the text. Finally, eLink allows you to eliminate duplicate documents and thereby reduce numerous errors.

The search tool allows you to retrieve the documents you wish, using specific criteria. The search range can be limited to documents to which you are linked.

Display your personal documents or all documents of the knowledge base. Filter the display to "open documents" to see only those who are still in progress. Each column heading can be used as a sort key, in ascending or descending order, allowing you to group the documents by project for example.

Upload your documents into the Corporate Knowledge Base and share them with your colleagues for corrections, reviews, or simply to keep them informed.  The multiple hyperlinks to Projects, Contacts, Companies and Users make Documents easy to find and access. You can assign reference numbers to Documents. Starting from eLINK, the Documents in your Corporate Knowledge Base can be opened in their original application no matter where you are.
