Leveraging e-mail

The full integration with MS-Outlook and Lotus Notes messaging authorises you to manage, centralise or share your in-coming or out-going emails. From an email you can naturally access the information related to the senders, recipients, companies, contacts and projects involved. It also provides a centralised and shared Internet address book. It has facilities for internal messaging and a system that warns authorised users of any modifications made by colleagues.

Using eLink, you can centralise, share and manage your e-mails from any of your Internet Mailboxes... or from MS-Outlook / Lotus Notes eLink allows you to archive important e-mail directly into the Corporate Knowledge Base: simply convert the e-mail into an Action. If the e-mail has an attachment, you can convert it into a Document. eLink automatically generates links to the sender of the e-mail and his or her company. If you choose, you can further link this e-mail action to related Projects, as well.

More than just an electronic mailbox, eLink offers you a Mail Centre that will allow you to organise the growing e-mail traffic by integrating them to Company cards, Contact cards, related Projects... thus avoiding the scattering and eventually loss of information.

eLink integrated with Outlook

According to your server configuration, you can install eLink interfaced with Outlook. The Outlook / Exchange Server integration concerns both E-mail management and Calendaring.

E-mails: eLink's mailbox is Outlook!

The Mailbox button in eLink directly opens Outlook. The e-mails are managed by the Exchange Server and read by the Outlook client like in any traditional Exchange/Outlook mail system couple. System notifications related to new or modified records in eLink also arrive in Outlook's Inbox. Moreover, Outlook will display a series of buttons which will encourage the collaboration with the eLink database.
