A photograph can also be added and CV and signed documents stored as images in the document management area. Individuals can be specifically authorised to view their own detailed records.
The system’s shared calendars can handle holiday and sickness calculations. The entire employee history with performance reviews and personal development plans is all directly attached and a disciplinary record added when necessary.
