We had a great success with running a training session on Gamification for members of Brighton & Hove Chamber of Commerce on Tuesday. We were able to go into good depth on many of the concepts of Gamification and there was a lot of discussion and positive ideas generated between the attendees. Mostly attendees were interested in how to motivate their staff to do necessary but sometimes boring jobs (compliance work may have been mentioned!).
